Rental Rates:
South Lake Cottage "Lake Access"
RENTAL RATES: 9% TAX APPLIES TO ALL RATES.
Rates from April 15th to October 31st:
Weekly & Holidays:
$695.00 + $200.00 security deposit.
Daily:
Three (3) Night Minimum: $120.00 per day + $200.00 security deposit.
Rates from November 1st to April 14th:
Weekly:
$550.00 + $200.00 security deposit.
Daily:
Two (2) Night Minimum excluding holidays: $120.00 per day + $200.00 security deposit.
6 people maximum including infants & children.
** Reservation Policy: Reservations must be secured with a separate $200.00 security deposit at time of booking. Reservations will not be held if security deposit is not received. Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival date, 4 weeks for rentals in June, July & August. Cash, money order, or travelers checks only for balance due. We do not accept charge cards.
** The $200.00 Security deposit: To be held by owners. Will hold your requested dates & will be returned after inspection of property has been completed by owners. Security deposit will be mailed back to guest within 5 business days of departure if cottage is left clean and nothing is damaged or missing.
** Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations severely affect us so we must adhere to our cancellation policy.
Security deposit will be returned once the cottage has been re-rented for the same dates less (-) a $100.00 cancellation fee. Security deposit is forfeited if cottage is not re-rented for the SAME DATES.
** NO SMOKING Permitted Inside: Rates are for non-smoking use; $200 (cleaning / dry cleaning) will be charged and security deposit will not be returned if there is smoking inside our homes. Smoking is permitted outside only.
