RULES & REQUESTS
Please help us to assure continued quality in our cottages/homes and control costs.

RULES:

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM - CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM
  • SHEETS:  Strip Bed Sheets & Pillow Cases “ONLY” from “USED” beds – bundle & place on kitchen table.
  • NO SMOKING in the Cottages.  SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE ..  PLEASE.
  • No Pets.  This Includes Visitor’s and Guest’s Pets.
  • Do not discard any food scrap outside of the cottage or in the fire rings.
  • Assure all dishes, pots, pans, cups and utensils are cleaned and put away.
  • Clean stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot before you leave.
  • Clean floor with broom & dust pan provided before you leave.
  • Clean charcoal grill & empty ashes in fire ring.
  • Remove garbage to outside Waste Management garbage container (Green Tote).
  • MONDAY’S – roll GREEN garbage container to street for Tuesday morning garbage pick-up (CHASE , WINDING WAY, and SOUTH LAKE home)
  • TUESDAY’S – roll GREEN garbage container to street for WEDNESDAY morning garbage pick-up (PMYA home)
  • Ashes ONLY – any ashes please dump in metal ash can or in fire ring – DO NOT PUSH TO STREET.
  • Do not move furniture in the cottage.  Do not move furniture on the outside deck/s.
  • Do not feed the animals.  It attracts skunks and raccoons.
  • Campfire ONLY in the fire ring provided.  Last person to leave must extinguish all fires.
  • Please provide your own wood for burning.  Do not remove wood from the woods or neighbors.
  • Do not throw garbage or food into the fire.
  • Be considerate of other homes & neighbors around you.  DO NOT walk to lake through neighbor’s yards. 
  • Access to lake (CHASE DR COTTAGE) ONLY from common area at the end of Short St. where gate is.
  • Access to lake (WINDING WAY COTTAGE and SOUTH LAKE COTTAGE) ONLY from two streets, Winding Way & Hillside Drive.
  • Access to lake (PYMA DR COTTAGE) ONLY from backyard on Billy-Q Road that leads right to the lake.
  • Do not clean FISH in the cottage.   A FOLD-OUT table (outside) is provided for cleaning fish.
  • All fish guts are to be put in plastic bags, tied securely and put in garbage container outside.
  • Children Must be Supervised at all Times.
  • Children are not permitted to ride bikes, play ball, etc. on neighbor’s property.
  • ALL BOAT DOCKS ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY, DO NOT FISH OR WALK ON ANYONE’S DOCK.
  • Park ONLY in cottage driveway.  Please do not drive on the grass.  Do not park on the street.
  • No sleeping in tents, RV’s motor homes or vehicles allowed.
  • Cottages are for registered guests ONLY.  8 people maximum (6 at PYMA & South Lake). This includes overnight & daytime guests.
  • Property BOUNDARIES for (CHASE DR) are clearly marked with blue stakes.  Please stay within these boundaries.
  • Property BOUNDARIES for (WINDING WAY) from driveway to arborvitae trees.  Please stay within these boundaries.
  • Property BOUNDARIES for (PYMA DR) from driveway and sidewalk on the west, from little shed on the east, from Pyma Drive on the north and from Billy-Q road on the south.  Please stay within these boundaries.
  • ALCOHOL and ILLEGAL DRUGS.  Consumption of alcohol only by those of legal age.
  • Illegal use of drugs strictly prohibited.  All violations of criminal law will be reported to the proper Authorities and result in immediate removal from the property.
  • Age Requirements – The primary guest must be 25 years of age.
  • PLEASE …Respect the work that has been done for your enjoyment.

REQUESTS:

  • Police both inside and outside of the cabin for garbage.
  • Please give us your suggestions and comments to improve Pymatuning Cottages.
  • When departing, please leave keys on the kitchen table and lock the doors.
